Toggle Num, Caps and Scroll Lock keys

This is an oldie but goodie. I finally got around to posting a link. It's a very basic sample that shows a way to set or read all of the Toggle Keys

Transparent Frame

Lately there's been a lot of people asking for something like this. Here's a way to create a transparent frame. It's basically a UserControl that acts as a container. At runtime, the UserControl takes a snapshot of the underlying form and uses that image for its Picture property. The snapshot code is from MSKB article Q161299 - HOWTO Capture and Print the Screen, a Form, or Any Window Note that you'll need to register the ocx with Regsvr32.exe before use.
