A brief functionality overview.

• Colors, colors, colors (and more colors)
• Background can be either solid or 4 color gradient.
• Borders, borders and more borders.
  • Several border styles.
  • Inner and Outer borders
• Mouse Enter/Leave events.
• Child Controls
  • Return a collection of all controls contained by GradFrameCTL. I don't know why all container controls don't expose this functionality.
